Our law office undertakes assessments to evaluate whether companies comply with the regulation of the European Parliament and the European Council’s 2016/2017 regulation (GDPR).
During the evaluation our office assesses whether current data handling processes, usage of personal information, policies, contracts and agreements comply with the regulation and summarize its legal findings accordingly.
Whenever an irregularity is found, our office will provide recommendations and actualizes the internal policies.
We provide our client’s representatives with official procedures, and we also undertake Data Protection Official tasks (DPO) as well.
