Our office mostly provides consumer protection services to corporate businesses. To avoid legal disputes we are supporting our clients with complaints handling. The focus is on prevention, avoiding court and law suits, and to do so we monitor the consumer protection regulation compliance in practice and its integration to the internal policies.
In some cases there is a possibility for mediation and if needed our partners are representing our clients there as well.
